Marc Henn, Founder & President

Marc Henn is a Certified Financial Planner Practitioner (CFP ®) and has been assisting family office and wealth management clients for over 20 years. He is affiliated with the College for Financial Planning (CFP ® certification) and Financial Planning Association (FPA).  He is also a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority Arbitrator, a member of the American Numismatic Association and a former member of the National Association of Forensic Economics and Economics Center for Education and Research.  Marc is a 1990 graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.  Marc has a passion for educating and planning for the next generation. Besides assisting his clients through planning, he regularly speaks with various groups of all ages to educate them on planning and investing. He is actively involved with his church and with his family and he also enjoys gardening and photography.

Bruce J. Mason, Senior Vice President & Director of Research

Bruce Mason graduated from Michigan State University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. In 2001, he earned a M.B.A. from The University of Cincinnati. Bruce joined Harvest Advisors in 2008 as Vice President and is primarily responsible for originating research and investment recommendations based on Harvest’s strict investment discipline. Prior to joining Harvest Advisors, Bruce worked for twelve years as a financial planner, research analyst and portfolio manager at Haberer Registered Investment Advisor. Away from the world of investments, Bruce is an avid photographer (both digital and film) and likes to spend time outdoors with his family.

Paul Burgdorf, Senior Vice President & Director of Operations

Paul Burgdorf spent the first ten years of his professional career at Procter & Gamble in research and development supporting billion dollar brands and guiding key business improvement initiatives. He then moved into advertising consulting as a Director at Ipsos North America for six years, working with a variety of Fortune 500 companies. He joined Harvest in 2009 to expand the operational capabilities of the company. Paul earned a M.B.A. from Xavier University in 1998. He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science from Western Kentucky University in 1991.  Paul currently serves on two boards – a nonprofit sports ministry and a local government organization – and is a member of the American Marketing Association. Outside of work, Paul’s days are filled with his wife and four kids, church, outdoor activities and entrepreneurial interests.  He also enjoys getting away from the city and back to the family farm whenever possible.
